He was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and retired from Plantation Pipe Line. He was a member of Calvary Road Baptist Church in Alexandria, VA.Survivors include his wife, Doris S. Sorrow, of the home; children: Frank Sorrow of Fairfax, VA, Mike Sorrow of Belton, SC, Terry Sorrow of Louisville, KY, and Ann Morton of Louisville, KY; sisters, Sallie Calvert of Louisville, KY, and Nancy Anderson of Elberton, GA; eight grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.A Graveside Service with Military Honors will be held at 3pm on Wednesday, February 4, 2009, at Forest Lawn Memorial Park conducted by the Reverend Alex Henderson.
