Caroline Elizabeth Bonds Anderson, SC Caroline Elizabeth Bonds, daughter of Libby Poore Bonds, passed away at age 19 at the Rainey Hospice House, on Tuesday, September 2, 2014, after a long illness. Caroline is survived by her mother, Libby Bonds, of Anderson, SC; her sister, Parker Leighann Bonds, of Anderson, SC; her grandparents, Melvin and Nancy Poore, of Anderson, SC; her great-grandparents, Gene and Barbara Singleton, of Barnwell, SC; her uncle, aunt, and cousin, Brad and Renee Poore, and Eli Poore, of Anderson, SC; as well as many other family members that were by her side as she passed to be with the Lord. She was preceded in death by her great-grandparents, Harrison and Sara Poore as well as Leighann Singleton. The Funeral Service will be held on Friday, September 5, 2014, at 2:00 p.m. in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens. The family will be at the home of Melvin and Nancy Poore, 107 Reed Place, Anderson, SC 29621, and will receive friends at the funeral home, prior to the service, on Friday, from 12:00 p.m. until 1:30 p.m. Flowers are acceptable.
