With sad hearts we say, Carolyn Janell Mathews passed away on Christmas Day, 12-25-2021, at her home of 40 plus years. She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Johnny Wayne Mathews; son Michael Mathews and daughter-in-law Tammy Mathews; and grandson Roth Mathews and wife Emily Mathews. She is preceded in death by her mother and father, James and Eunice Campbell; and brothers, Raymond and Ralph Campbell. The family will receive friends Friday, December 31, 2021, from 9:30-10:30 am at The McDougald Funeral Home. A graveside service will follow the visitation at New Silver Brook Cemetery at 11:00 am with Dr. David McCann officiating. The family will be at the son's home.
