She was a homemaker and a member of North Anderson Baptist Church.Survivors include her children: Donna Jean Smith, John Anthony Waters, and Reginald Neal Waters, all of Anderson; brother, Kenneth Harold Dover of Liberty; six grandchildren and one great grandchild.She was predeceased by her husband, John Thomas Waters.A Graveside Service will be held at 3:00 pm on Tuesday, September 7, 2010, at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens, conducted by Dr. Johnny F.
