Formerly, she was employed by Forest Junior College as an Instructor and as the Financial Aid Advisor. In addition, she was a Customer Service Representative for Interim Health Care. She was a member of Beulah United Methodist Church.Survivors include her life partner, Barbara Bishop, of the home; Whitney, Tracey, and Jeff Bishop, also of the home; James Bishop of Japan; sister, Mary McGrath of Holton, KS; and brothers: Dr. Robert Mathieson and wife, Diane of Hunt Valley, MD, and J.D. Mathieson and wife, Sandy of Waldorf, MD.The Funeral Service will be conducted at 3pm on Wednesday, January 7, 2009, at Beulah United Methodist Church, Highway 81 North. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.The family will receive friends from 2pm until 3pm, at the church prior to the service.
