Urban, age 70, of 1701 Whitehall Road, passed away on Thursday, December 2, 2010, at the Rainey Hospice House in Anderson, SC.Born March 21, 1940, in Raritan, NJ, she was a daughter of the late Joseph & Pauline Ruskay Urban. She was a graduate of Somerville High School and retired from Johnson & Johnson after thirty-one years of service. She attended St. Joseph Catholic Church.Survivors include her husband, George R. Kortbawi; and their children: Michele Kortbawi Wilk and husband, Jonathan J. Wilk of Naples, FL, Judi Deavenport and husband, Matt Deavenport of Pensacola, FL, Jonni Amidon and husband, Greg Amidon of Schaumburg, IL, and Stephen Kortbawi and wife, Cheryl Kortbawi of Morristown, NJ; brother, John Urban of Anderson, SC; sister, Pauline Strothers of Cape Coral, FL; and six beloved grandchildren: Matt, Brett, Bryan, Katie, Stephen J., and Olivia.In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a brother, Joseph Urban.The Funeral Mass will be held at 11am on Saturday, December 4, 2010, at St. Joseph Catholic Church celebrated by Father Ernest Hepner.
