Charles D. Gilstrap Obituary Mr. Charles D. Gilstrap, 68, of Fair Play, SC died on July 21, 2015 at Rainey Hospice House in Anderson, SC. He was born to the late Charlie and Guynell Sanders Gilstrap in Anderson County, SC on April 5, 1947. He was retired from Michelin Tire Manufacturing Facility in Anderson, SC. Mr. Gilstrap is survived by a daughter: Kelly Hosford and her husband Mark of Nashville, TN and Andrew Gilstrap and his wife Mary of Pendleton, SC; three brothers: James and Ronald Gilstrap of Townville, SC and Kenneth Gilstrap of Starr, SC; two grandchildren: Molly and Charles Gilstrap of Pendleton, SC. A Memorial Service will be held in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home on Tuesday, July 28th, 2015 at 2:00pm at with the Rev. Mitch Houston officiating. Interment will be at a later date in New Silver Brook Cemetery in Anderson, SC. The family will receive friends at the funeral home prior to the service on Tuesday, July 28th, 2015 from 12:00pm to 1:30pm.
