OBITUARYFLAG MR. CHARLES IBER MC COLLUM ANDERSON, SCMr. Charles Iber McCollum, age 83, of 144 Inland Drive, Anderson, SC, husband of the late Ella McCollum, died at his residence. Born in Hart County, GA on April 23, 1923, Mr. McCollum was a son of the late Seaborn McCollum and Estella Stevens McCollum. He retired from Timms Harley-Davidson of Anderson and was a United States World War II veteran. Survivors include a brother, Roscoe McCollum of Clinton, SC; a sister, Ruby Lackey of Danielsville, GA; several nieces and nephews.In addition to his wife and parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Louise McCollum Brown and Mary TuckThe Funeral Service will be held on Sunday, October 15, 2006 at 4:00 pm in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home officiated by the Reverend Larry Kaiser.
