Cheryl Lee Nelson McIe, 63, of Westminster, SC, loving wife of David Gale McIe, passed away on Wednesday, March 11, 2020 at her residence. Born July 26, 1956 in Sterling, MA, she was a daughter of the late Harold Joseph Nelson and Joan Nelson. Cheryl worked as a Nurse LPN. In addition to her husband David, Cheryl is survived by her daughter McKayla Cheyenne Black of Walhalla, SC; sons, Chad Marcus (Tanya) of Salem, SC and Greg Gooding (Laurie) of Seneca, SC; daughter, brother-in-law, Danny McIe (Penny) of Saluda, NC; sister-in-law, Sue Vacek of Washingtonville, NY; and six grandchildren, Emily, Brianna, Michael, Marcus, Katlyn and Adalyn. A private memorial service was held at McDougald Funeral Home on March 14, 2020.
