She was a homemaker and enjoyed spending time at the beach, especially the Isle of Palms and antiquing.Survivors include her sons, Greg Burriss and his wife, Debbie of Greenville and Tab Burriss of Iva; daughter, Carolyn Stuart of Anderson; and four grandchildren, Douglas and Tanner Stuart and Clayton and Rebecca Burriss. Thomas E. Burriss also survives. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by a sister, Rosa Dillard. The family will receive friends at Forest Lawn Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel on Sunday, November 29, 2009 from 2:30 pm until 3:00 pm followed with a Memorial Service at 3:00 pm, officiated by the Reverend Nina Reynolds. Her ashes will be inurned in the Mausoleum.The family will be at their respective homes.Memorials may be made to the Cancer Association of Anderson, 215 E.
