Clarence Sease Anderson, SC Clarence Franklin Sease, Sr., age 82, passed away on Saturday, May 23, 2015 at NHC of Anderson. Born in Bamberg County, SC, he was the son of the late Roy Courtney Sease and the late Della Cone Sease. Clarence was a 1955 Clemson University graduate and proudly served his country in the United States Army. Clarence grew up in Bamberg, SC and later moved to Greenville, SC. He was the owner of a coin shop and several check cashing stores in Greenville, SC. He was a Shriner and a member of Southside Baptist Church in Greenville, SC. He is survived by his loving wife, Betty Jo Williams Sease; his children, Tearesa S. Wesley, Steve Sease and his wife Rhonda, Clarence F. Sease, Jr., Thomas "Tom" Sease, and Laura S. Pierce and her husband Ricky, all of Anderson, SC; step-children, Mathew Chavis and his wife Paula, of Bessemer City, NC, Johnny Williams and his wife Diane, of Anderson, SC and Cathy Oliver, of Greenville, SC ; a brother, Courtney Sease and his wife Gloria, of West Palm Beach, FL; a sister, Grace Smith, of Summerville, SC; six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. The Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel of The Herndon Funeral Home in Ehrhardt, SC on Thursday, May 28, 2015, at 2:00 p.m. with Reverend Ted Still officiating. Interment will follow at Ehrhardt Cemetery. The family will receive friends in Anderson at The McDougald Funeral Home, on Tuesday, May 26, 2015 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The National Kidney Foundation, Finance Department 30 East 33rd St. New York, NY 10016.
