Clifford William Bryant, age 89, of Anderson, SC, went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Monday, May 26, 2025.

Born August 6, 1935, in Millen, GA, he was a son of the late Claude Watson Bryant and Exie Mock Bryant. He was also preceded in death by a son, Kendall Bryant; 2 sisters and 1 brother.

Clifford was a veteran of the United States Air Force serving from 1954-1958. He married his beloved wife Gloria Hector on June 29, 1958, in Crosby, ND, beginning their 66-year love story. He began his college education in 1958 at the University of Georgia graduating in 1961. He and his wife then moved to Anderson where he opened Bryant's Pharmacy in 1964 which he owned and operated until 2020. He was an avid Georgia Bulldogs fan and started the Georgia Bulldog Club in Anderson.

He was affectionately called "Pops" by many and enjoyed working in his yard with his grandchildren, attending Georgia football games, and listening to music by the Gaithers. He was a faithful and active member of Concord Baptist Church where he formerly served as a Deacon and Chairman.

He is survived by his loving and devoted wife, Gloria Bryant; sons, Craig Bryant and Kevin Bryant (Ann); grandchildren, Tyler Bryant (Hannah), Morgan Woodall (Tyler), Ethan Bryant, and Kendra Bryant; and 3 great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, May 29, 2025, from 1:00-1:45 pm at Concord Baptist Church. A celebration of his life will begin at 2:00 pm with Rev. Dr. Don Cox officiating. A private burial will be held at M.J. "Dolly" Cooper Veterans Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Haven of Rest Ministries, 219 W. Whitner St, Anderson, SC 29624.
