OBITUARY MRS. COIE MARTIN SKELTON May 26, 1920 - December 8, 2008TOWNVILLE, SCMrs. Coie Martin Skelton, age 88, formerly of 13595 West Oak Highway, Townville, wife of the late Claude H. Skelton, died Monday, December 08, 2008 at Seneca Health & Rehab Center.Born in Oconee County, SC on May 26, 1920, Mrs. Skelton was a daughter of the late John Henry Martin and Florence Whitfield Martin. She retired from Oconee Hospital in food service and housekeeping. She was a member of Old Hepzabah Baptist Church.Survivors include her daughters, Kathy Lemere and her husband, Otis Lemere and Kay Skelton, all of Townville, SC. She was the last surviving member of her immediate family. A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, December 13, 2008 at 3:00 pm in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home officiated by the Reverend David Blizzard and Ray Nix. The burial of Mr. & Mrs. Skelton's ashes will follow at Return Baptist Church Cemetery, Seneca, SC.
