Connie Fleming Dunn, 88, of Anderson, SC, passed away quietly in her home on December 22, 2019. Connie is survived by two daughters and one son-in-law: Angela Dunn Thompson of Atlanta, Georgia, and Alana & Ed Munday of Braselton, Georgia. She is preceded in death by her husband of 71 years, David Boyce Dunn; her father, Horace W. Fleming, Sr.; her mother, Dru Willie Nelms Pool; her step-father William LaFayette Pool; and her brother, Dr. Horace W. Fleming, Jr. Connie grew up in Royston, GA. She was a homemaker and a member of Young Memorial Presbyterian Church, and was a former of member of the National Society of the Daughters of the American Revolution. A graveside service will be held at the Decatur Cemetery, Decatur, GA, on Monday, December 30, 2019, at 1:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Scholarship Fund for Nursing at Anderson University.
