Veio, died Thursday, March 04, 2010 at the Rainey Hospice House.Born in Albany, GA on March 4, 1924, she was a daughter of the late Cruger Nickalus Oliver and Ludie Adams Oliver. She served as a WAC in the United States Women's Army Air Corps during World War II. Mrs. Veio was a member of Central Presbyterian Church of Anderson and was a homemaker.Survivors include her daughters, Donna Sexton and Linda Black and her husband, Larry Black, Carol Coley and Sandy Stewart and her husband, Sid Stewart, all of Anderson. Eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren also survive. In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by a grandson, Brian Black; brother, Brooks Oliver and a sister, Lura Robison. The family will receive friends at The McDougald Funeral Home on Saturday, March 6, 2010 from 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm. The Funeral Service will follow at 3:30 pm in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home, officiated by her son-in-law, Sid StewartThe family will be at their respective homes.Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to the Haven of Rest Ministries, P.O.
