She worked for many years in the textile industry and was a member of The Order of the Eastern Star. She was a member of Forest Hill Baptist Church.Survivors include her son, Bill Huffman of Gainesville, GA; six grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; one expected great-great-grandson and a special friend, Val Kolak.In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by a daughter, Shirley H. Dodson; great-grandson, Avery Richardson; two brothers and two sisters.A Graveside Service will be held on Thursday, January 5, 2012 at 3:00 pm at Forest Lawn Memorial Park with the Reverend Tom Owens officiating.
