Crystal Richelle Lee, age 50, of Anderson, SC, passed away Thursday, September 7, 2023, at St. Francis Hospital. Born February 6, 1973, in New York, NY, she was the daughter of Oscar Norton and Jacqueline Washington. Crystal was a graduate of John Jay College of Criminal Justice and worked as a data analyst. She ran track in her earlier years and enjoyed music and reading. She loved the Lord and her family, especially her husband Sylvester who was the love of her life. She is probably dancing on the streets of gold ministering to others about the greatness and love of the Lord. She attended Mt. Zion Baptist Church in Belton and Friendship Baptist Church in Atlanta. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her husband, Sylvester C. Lee; daughters, Fashionette Harrison and Faith Lee; siblings, Tyress Washington, Schawnee Gabriel, Stacy Washington, Kelley Washington, Nicole Jackson, Alicia Norton, Oscar Norton, and Tiger Lee Williams; grandsons, Lural Harrison and Elishua Williams; godson, Jasir Weekes; sister-in-law, Zadie S. Gray; stepchildren, Brianna Lee, Francesca Lee, and Christopher Lee; and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. The family extends a special thank you to Pastor Kenneth Dean and Pastor Ronald L. Bowens. A memorial service will be held Wednesday, September 13, 2023, at 4:00 pm at The McDougald Funeral Home.
