Born in Greenville, SC, Cindy was a daughter of Jack E. McGill of Anderson and the late Margaret Wherry McGill. She was a graduate of Westside High School, attended North Greenville College and Tri-County Technical College. She was formerly employed by Publix and was a homemaker. Cindy was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church.Survivors include her husband, James Bruce Franklin of the home; son, James Christopher Franklin of the home; brother, Jack McGill, Jr., of Taylors, SC and sister, Deedy Rogers of Anderson, SC.The Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, August 8, 2007 at 2:00 pm in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home with the Reverends Paul Frey and Herb Franklin officiating.
