Dallas Ward Anderson, age 83, passed away on Sunday, November 1, 2015, at Richard Campbell Veterans Nursing Home. Born in Greenville, NC, he was the son of the late Heber Ray Anderson and the late Mirinda Ellen Case Anderson. He retired from the United States Air Force after 20 years of service as a flight engineer and later retired from BASF. He is survived by his loving wife, Juanita Queen Anderson; his children, Michael Ward Anderson and his wife Becky, of Anderson, SC, Cindy Lynn Mcintosh and her husband Roger, of Niceville, FL, Katy Gandy and her husband Nick, of Richmond, VA, and Kristina McClung and her husband Jamie, of Waynesboro, VA; one brother, Odis Anderson, of Tampa, FL; ten grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Jeffrey Dallas Anderson; a daughter, Lisa Anderson; three brothers and four sisters. The Graveside service will be held at M.J. Dolly Cooper Veterans Cemetery on Wednesday, November 4, 2015, at 3:00 p.m. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Alzheimers Association, 4124 Clemson Boulevard, Anderson, SC 29625, or to Hospice of the Upstate, 1835 Rogers Road, Anderson, SC, 29621.
