Dan (Danny) Martin Thomas , Age 63 of Roswell, GA. Passed away peacefully on March 8, 2017, After a brave four year battle with cancer. Danny was born in Anderson, SC on April 10, 1953. Mr. Thomas was the son of Dr. B.D. Thomas of Anderson, SC and Joann Ashworth Thomas of Roswell, GA. He was raised in Anderson, SC and was a graduate of T.L Hanna High School and attended Tri-County Technical College. He was a master electrician for many decades. Danny was a loving, free spirit, who had a love of books, music, cars, and enjoyed collecting antiques and spending time with his family and friends. Survivors include Father, Dr. B.D. Thomas of Anderson, SC, Mother, Joann Thomas of Roswell, GA, Brother , Kevin E Thomas and wife Kathryn Thomas both of St. Petersburg, FL. Sister, Karen T. Simon and husband Rick Simon, both of Vernon, CT. Sister, Melody T. Rigell Rowe of Carlsbad, CA. Granddaughter, Alexia Jade Thomas of Starr, SC. He was preceded in death by his son, Brent Dylan Thomas. Nephews and Nieces include Christopher Rigell, Johnathan Martin Rigell, Austin Rowe, Jordan Rowe, Jennifer Rowe, Patrick Simon, Kelly S. Reilly, Kate T. Masterson, Drew Thomas, and Max Thomas. Danny touched the lives of many and we will always cherish the times we had.
