SEEL June 23, 1922 - March 4, 2006ANDERSON, SCMrs. Dana (Donna) Lee Welsh Seel, age 83 of 604 Boundary Street, Anderson, SC and wife of the late John F. Seel, died Saturday, March 4, 2006 at AnMed Health Medical Center.Born in Anderson, SC on June 23, 1922, Mrs. Seel was the daughter of the late James Andrew Welsh and Elizabeth Fayard Welsh. She was a graduate of Girls' High School and was a retired hairdresser and a homemaker. She was a faithful member of the First Presbyterian Church of Anderson, SC from the time of her marriage to John F. Seel in 1947. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, aunt and a friend to many. Survivors include sons, John A. Seel and his wife, Lynn of Cincinnati, OH and Timothy B. Seel and his wife, Mary of Anderson, SC; five grandchildren, Melanie Coetsee and her husband, Rhyno of Columbia, SC, Amy Seel of Anderson, SC, Julie Seel of Nashville, TN, Andrea Seel and Alexander Bennett both of Cincinnati, OH. Two great-grandchildren, Noah Timothy and Landon Witt Coetsee, also survive.The Funeral Service will held on Monday, March 6, 2005 at 4:00 pm in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home officiated by Dr. Alan Elmore. Interment will follow in New Silverbrook Cemetery in Anderson, SC.The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday, March 6, 2005 from 2:30 pm to 3:30 pm.The family will be at the residence.In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Calvary Home for Children, 511 West Whitner Street, Anderson, SC 29624 or the First Presbyterian Church of Anderson, 302 W.
