DARLENE HOWARD FENNELL April 17, 1962 - November 28, 2012 Darlene Howard Fennell, age 50, of 1101 Liberty Roe, Anderson, died on Wednesday, November 28, 2012, at AnMed Health. Born in Anderson, she was the daughter of Charles Howard and Doris Craft Howard, both of Anderson. For 30 years, she was the faithful and devoted wife of Allen S. Fennell of the residence. Mrs. Fennell was a graduate of Westside High School. She was a homemaker who enjoyed riding her family Harley Davidson. She also enjoyed doing cross stitching. The Christmas Holidays were her favorite time of the year, and she loved decorating her home for the Season. Darlene is survived by her parents, Charles and Doris Craft Howard of Anderson; a son who she loved dearly, Adam Fennell of the residence, 1 brother, Terry Wayne Howard of Anderson; she also leaves behind her very special pet, her Shih-Tzu Ringo of the home. An infant son, Ethan Allen Fennell preceded her in death. A funeral service to celebrate the life of Mrs. Fennell will be held on Saturday, December 1, 2012, at 12 Noon at the Belmont Church of God of Prophecy, with Rev. Mack Tester, Rev. Alan Rhodes, and Rev. Mike Willis officiating. Interment will follow at New Silver Brook Cemetery. The family will be at the residence of Charles and Doris Howard, 622 W. Fredericks Street, and will receive friends at The McDougald Funeral Home Friday, November 30, 2012, from 6 PM until 8 PM.
