David Ashworth Honea Path, SC David Randall Ashworth, age 73, passed away on Tuesday, September 9, 2014, at his residence. David was born in Anderson, SC to the late Clyde and Annette Ashworth. He is survived by his loving wife Judy; son, Tommy Ashworth (Ginger), of Simpsonville, SC and Brandon Ashworth, of Dennison, TX; daughters, Sandra Ball (Roger), of Travelers Rest, SC and Beth Ashworth, of Pickens, SC; stepdaughter, Denise Bowie (Heath), of Iva, SC; stepsons, Nathan Epps (Jessica), of Virginia Beach, VA and Steven Epps (Vanessa), of Belton, SC; and a brother, Gene Ashworth, of Greenville, SC. David also leaves behind 14 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren, which he loved dearly. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Wade Ashworth. David was a member of Crossroads Fellowship Church where his church family has been a true blessing to him over the last few years. The Funeral Service will be held at Crossroads Fellowship Church on Thursday, September 11, 2014, at 2:30 p.m. with Reverend Paul Cooper and Reverend David Osborne officiating. Interment will follow at New Silver Brook Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the church, prior to the service, on Thursday, from 1:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to the Men's Ministry of Crossroads Fellowship Church, 7832 S.C. 20, Honea Path, SC 29654.
