David Glenn Guy, age 41, passed away on Friday, January 8, 2015 at AnMed Health Medical Center. Born in Marietta, GA, on November 25, 1973, he was the son of Deborah Parson Williams and her husband Dan, of Starr, SC and David Wayne Guy, of California. He worked as an EMT and Paramedic for 22 years and worked with AMR in Stone Mountain, GA. He was an avid musician and drummer for many years. David attended Ruhamah United Methodist Church. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his daughter, Erynne Guy, and her mother, Elizabeth Anne Tinsmith Guy, both of Delman, MD; and a sister, Daphne M. Philips, of California. The Funeral Service will be held at Ruhamah United Methodist Church on Monday, January 12, 2015, at 3:00 p.m. with Reverends Joe and Brenda Durham officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The Honorary Escorts will be the Stone Mountain Paramedic Squad.
