McCall of 153 Bradley Park, Anderson, SC, died Tuesday, February 28, 2006 at the Hospice House in Anderson, SC.Born in Pickens County, SC on February 25, 1923, Mr. McCall was a son of the late Frank Hampton McCall and Ollie Cobb McCall. He was the retired owner and operator of McCall's Men's Store. He was a graduate of Furman University and served in the United States Air Force. He was a member of Belton Investment Club and received the 'Friendliest and most Courteous Salesman Award' from the Anderson Independent-Mail a number of years ago. He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church. He is survived by his wife, Audrey J. McCall of the home; son, David F. McCall, Jr., of Anderson, SC; daughters, Debra Dundon of Anderson, SC, Teresa Jennings of Anderson, SC and Stacey McCall of California; a brother, James B. McCall of Atlanta, GA; sisters, Olivia May and Julia Lannin, both of Wisconsin, Margaret Derreck of Charlotte, NC and Billie Blind of Anderson, SC; six grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, Daniel P. McCall, Carlos F. McCall and Ernest McCall; a sister, Mary Farris.The Funeral Service will be held on Friday, March 3, 2006 at 11:00 am at St. Joseph Catholic Church officiated by Father James N. Dubrouillet. Entombment will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park Mausoleum in Anderson, SC. A Prayer Vigil will be said at 7:00 pm Thursday, March 2, 2006 and the family will receive friends following the prayer vigil until 9:00 pm at The McDougald Funeral Home.The family will be at the residence.
