David R. Spinning, age 69, of Belton, SC, passed away Sunday, January 30, 2022, at Regency Hospital in Greenville. He is survived by his wife and family who loved him very much. A memorial will be held Friday, February 4, 2022, at 11:00 am in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home with Rev. Roy Alewine and Rev. Russell Elder officiating.
