Born in Starr, SC, she was the daughter of the late Cleo Williams and the late Fanny Dennie Williams Kay. Mrs. Williams was retired from the Southern Weaving, and was a member McDuffie Street Church of God. She is survived by her son, Kenny Manning; daughter, Faye Virag; and a sister, Barbara Ricketts; seven grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Linda Wooten; her sister, Ethel Williams; and a brother, Thurmond Williams. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, February 12, 2013 from 2:00 until 3:00 pm at The McDougald Funeral Home, with the Funeral Service beginning at 3:30 pm in the Chapel, with Reverend Mike Harrell officiating. Interment will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
