Debbie Clanton Sutton, age 67, of Anderson, SC, passed away on Friday, February 2, 2024 at AnMed Medical Center, Anderson, SC.

Born May 7, 1956, in Bermuda, she was a daughter of the late, Billy Harold Clanton and Margie Gardner Clanton. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Robert Walker Sutton.

Debbie loved her family, especially her grandkids. She was known to many as "Miss Debbie" and was loved and cherished by all.

She is survived by her sons, Ryan Sutton and his wife, Evelyn of Anderson, SC, and Shawn Sutton and his wife, Eden also of Anderson, SC; brother, Harold Clanton of Jedburg, SC; sister, Cindy Rossillo (Anthony) of Somerville, SC; and her grandchildren, Layla, Landon, Lily, Haygan, Carter, Maddox, McKenzie and Riot.

The funeral service will be held on Friday, February 9, 2024 at 1:00 pm in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home, with Pastor Dale Singleton officiating. Interment will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at the funeral home before the service from 11:30 am - 12:45 pm.
