DEBORA BRYANT DEFORE Debora Ann Bryant Defore, age 50, of 304 McAlister Drive, passed away at her residence on Sunday, July 20, 2014. Born in Honolulu, HI, on October 23, 1963, she was the daughter of Phyllis Sorrells of the residence, and the late Arnold Ray Bryant. Debora was a graduate of Westside High School in the Class of '81. She worked for approximately 9 years at Michelin in the production department, and also at J. P. Stevens Company for 6 years. Mrs. Defore was a member of the Sanctuary of Praise. She was most fond of her role as home maker, as she enjoyed yard work, cleaning her home and cooking for her family. In addition to her mother, Debora is survived by a daughter, Cheyanne K. Vanadore and her husband, Dylan of Anderson; a sister, Sherry Bryant of Anderson; and an uncle, Jimmy Sorrells of Finlay, OH. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a son who died at birth, Kevin James Bryant. The funeral service to celebrate and honor the life of Debora Defore will be held on Thursday, July 24, 2014, at 3 p.m., at the McDougald Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Russell Drake officiating. The family is at the residence and will receive friends at The McDougald Funeral Home on Thursday, July 24, 2014, from 1 p.m. until 2:30 p.m. Cremation will follow at a later time.
