Deborah "Debi" Luwayne Miller Bowser, age 66, of Starr, SC, passed away Tuesday, February 16, 2021, at AnMed Health Medical Center. Born December 30, 1954 in Altoona, PA, she was the daughter of the late Herbert Wayne Miller and Esther Lucille Parke Miller. Debi and her husband lived in Pottstown, PA for many years before moving to the Anderson area. She was a devoted wife and mother and loved and cared for her family. She attended Trinity Springs Church of God and more recently attended Freedom Center. She is survived by her husband, Randy Allen Bowser of the home; daughter, Alyssa Gayle Bowser of Starr, SC; step-sisters, Julie Knauer of Maryland, and Karen Bowser of Pennsylvania. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Lois Diane Miller, and Linda Miller; and step-sister, Tammy Bowser. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
