Deborah H. Gambrell, age 71, of Anderson, SC, passed away on Friday, March 28, 2025, at AnMed Medical Center.

Born August 12, 1953, in Anderson, SC, she was the daughter of Janelle W. Hanks and the late Raymond C. Hanks. She was also preceded in death by her grandmother, Jessie Ware, a niece, Heather Chandler and a nephew, Trey Hanks.

Deborah was a graduate of McDuffie High School and attended Anderson College. She and her husband, Ronnie, own Best Jewelers. Camping and beach trips with family and friends were among the things she enjoyed most in life. Deborah loved her family, especially her grandson, Rockford.

She is survived by her husband, James R. "Ronnie" Gambrell; her mother, Janelle W. Hanks; a daughter, Jill Hutchins; a grandson, Rockford Hutchins; a brother, Raymond C. Hanks (Robyn) and several nieces and nephews.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, April 1, 2025, at 10:00 am at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens with Scott King officiating. The family will greet guests following the service.

The family will be at their respective homes.
