DENNIS BRIAN GUERIN, SR. August 4, 1935 - August 1, 2013 Mr. Dennis Brian Guerin, Sr., age 77, of 52 Circle Street, LaFrance, passed away on Thursday, August 1, 2013, at the Rainey Hospice House in Anderson. Born in Los Angeles, CA, he was the son of the late Bud Hatch and the late Zita Baca Guerin, and his step-father the late Faust A. Guerin. Dennis was the husband of the late Norma Catherine Johnston Guerin. Mr. Guerin was retired from a 20 year career in the US Navy, during which he served as a hospital corpsman and participated in the Vietnam War. Survivors include 3 sons, Dennis B. Guerin, Jr. and wife, Linda, of Pelzer, Johnny David Guerin and wife, Rhonda, of Pendleton, and Benjamin Arthur Guerin of Simpsonville; 1 daughter, Theresa Lynn Yeargin and husband, Michael, of Sandy Springs; 2 brothers, Joey Guerin and wife, Susan, of Vienna, VA, and Jackie Guerin of Walla Walla, WA; a sister, Vanessa Guerin of Albuquerque, NM; 7 grandchildren, Brandon Guerin, Joshua Yeargin, Rebecca Yeargin, Kira Guerin, Tramayne Gilbert, Ronni Webb, and Thomas Brewer; 7 great-grandchildren, James Gilbert, Samantha Gilbert, Tony Tucker, Timothy Brown, Montana Webb, Adam Webb, Emma Brewer and Cadan Brewer; and 1 great-great grandchild, Bella Guerin. No services or visitation are planned at this time.
