Mark Reid December 25, 1968 - May 30, 2012 Dennis Mark Reid, age 43, of 100 Shaver Drive, Mauldin, passed away on Wednesday, May 30, 2012. Born in Georgetown, SC, he was the son of Reverend Dennis E. Reid and Gloria S. Reid. He earned an associate's degree from Greenville Technical College in mechanical engineering. He worked with BMW Manufacturing. He was an avid wood worker being an extraordinary carpenter, benevolent friend and a devoted husband. In addition to his parents, he is survived by his loving wife, Sheridan Moorhead Reid; his siblings, Jeffrey Paul Reid and his wife Genia of Gainesville, GA, Kevin Earle Reid and his wife Kimberly of Franklin, TN, Christi Reid Pearson and her husband Jason of Summerville, SC, and Timothy C. Reid and his wife Kristen of Rock Hill, SC; and his grandfather, John Earle Reid. The Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, June 2, 2012 at 3:30pm at the chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home with the Chaplain Rudy Burroughs, U.S. Army Retired officiating. The family will receive friends from 2:00 pm until 3:00 pm prior to the service. The family is at the residence.
