Diana Maria Lacey Bunch, 77, passed away on July 6, 2025.

She was born on October 8, 1947, in Anderson, South Carolina to Clyde E. Lacey and Faye Nation Lacey.

She was married to Richard L. Bunch for thirty-nine years before his death in 2018. She is survived by Jill Elaine Bunch (Tony Schmidt), Miles Randolph "Randy" Bunch (Terri) and Richard "Richie" Lee Bunch, Jr. (Julia), who are proud and grateful to have shared in her life for fifty years. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren, her sister Kim Lacey Barrett, as well as her nephews, Rick L. Wilson (Suzanne) and Ross L. Payne (Sydney). She is preceded in death by her sister Judy Wilson Sides.

Nana (as she was known to many) was both wise and compassionate. A talented artist and seamstress, she poured her whole self into the family life she built with Richard and "the kids," and she brought that same care and generosity to anyone lucky enough to know her.

The family will receive friends on Wednesday, July 9, 2025, from 12:00-12:45 pm at The McDougald Funeral Home. The funeral service will begin at 1:00 pm in the Chapel with Rev. Jason Wilson officiating. Burial will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens.
