Diane Elaine Cleveland, age 47, passed away on Thursday, June 1, 2017, at AnMed Health Medical Center. Born in Anderson, SC on July 20, 1969, she is the daughter of Geneva Myers Cleveland of the home, and was the daughter of the late Earl Elias Cleveland, Sr. Diane worked in textiles for JP Stephens Co. where she later retired. She loved her family dearly and enjoyed cooking for them, and was known for selflessly taking care of others. She was a faithful member of Tabernacle of the Lord. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her sister, Deborah Davis; brothers, Victor Cleveland and Earl Cleveland, Jr. both of Anderson; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by a brother, Michael Cleveland. The funeral service will be held in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home on Tuesday, June 6, 2017, at 2:00 p.m. with the Reverend David Siler officiating. Interment will follow at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends at The McDougald Funeral Home on Monday, June 5, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Flowers will be accepted, or memorials may be made to the Cancer Association of Anderson, 215 E.
