Diane Bailey Hall, 60, of Starr, SC passed away on Sunday, November 26, 2017 at her home. Born September 28, 1957, in Anderson, SC, she was the daughter of Pansy Nix. She enjoyed the pontoon with her family and loved her dog, Sapphire. She was a member of Homeland Park Baptist Church. She is survived by her husband, Jack R. Hall; son, T.J. Cowart (Morgan); brothers, Tony and Terry Bailey and step-sister, Tami Nix-Badders. The family will receive friends from 12-1:30 pm Wednesday, November 29, 2017 at The McDougald Funeral Home. The funeral service will follow at 2:00 pm in the chapel. Burial will be in Oaklawn Memorial Gardens. The family will be at the residence.
