Donald "Don" Baun, passed away on Sunday, October 4 at the age of 85. He was born in Nutley, New Jersey to the late Henry and Marion Baun.

Don graduated from West Virginia Wesleyan College where he met his wife, Kay. He was a home bound member of Dickson Memorial United Methodist Church. He served as a Personnel Manager over the years at Polymer Inc., Southern Weaving, Cryovac, and Drive Automotive until his retirement in 2002. He was a loving and caring father and is affectionately known as Papa by his many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Don was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Harriet "Kay" Baun, and by his oldest son, Jeffrey "Jeff" Baun.

Surviving is his daughter, Donna Baun; son, Michael Baun (Jennifer); daughter-in-law, Sherry Baun; grandchildren, Kristina Baun, Kurtis Baun (Shannon), William Baun (Marylin), Ashley Neal (Greg), and Willie Evans (Kate); and great grandchildren, Alana, Lilah, Isabella, Connor, Clariabella, Ryver, Tobias, Easton, and Brynn.

The family will plan a private service at a later date.
