He served in the US Army and US Air Force and was a graduate of Clemson University. Mr. Cartee retired from BellSouth and was a member of Fellowship Baptist Church.He was the last surviving member of his immediate family.The Funeral Service will be held at 4:30 pm on Wednesday, December 16, 2009, in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home, conducted by the Reverend Dale Bradley.
