Born in Anderson, SC on March 2, 1940, Mr. Love was a son Fannie Gillespie Love of Anderson and the late Alden Love. He was retired from Duke Power Company and was a member of First Perpetual Baptist Church. Surviving in addition to his wife and mother are a son, Daniel Love and daughters Shilo Love, both of the home and Tracy Lawrence of Chesapeake, VA and her husband, Keenan; brothers, Tommy Love and his wife, Pat, and Ken Love and his wife, Jan; sister, Linda Crawford and her husband, Randy all of Anderson; two granddaughters, Summer Cromer and Sunny Lawrence; nephew, Joey Smith and his wife, Amber of Hartwell, GA.In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a sister, Bertha Love.The Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, November 7, 2007 at 1:00 pm in the Chapel of The McDougald Funeral Home with the Reverend Julien Crowe officiating. Entombment will follow in Forest Lawn Memorial Park Mausoleum.
