Donald Charles Stevenson, 92, of Starr, SC, passed away Saturday, January 6, 2024 at Rainey Hospice House.

Born May 2, 1931, in Anderson County, SC, he was a son of the late Charles Perry Stevenson and the late Mae Garrison Stevenson. He was predeceased by a sister, Lou Nelle Porter and brothers, Herbert, Ivan, Perry, and Roger Stevenson.

After graduation from high school, Donald enlisted in the U.S. Army. He came back to Anderson County after serving and was employed by R.E.A. Express as a truck driver.

Donald is survived by his wife, Linda Grigg Stevenson; sons, Michael Dale Bailey, Richard Ivan Stevenson, and Daniel Charles Stevenson (DeeDee); brother, John Stevenson; six grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.

Private services are being held by the family.
