Donald Ray Whitlow, 86, of Anderson, passed away on Monday, January 7, 2019.
Memorial service will be at Concord Baptist Church in Anderson at 11:00 am, Friday, January 11, 2019. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Haven of Rest or Concord Baptist Church in Anderson, SC. A message of condolence may be sent by visiting www.mcdougaldfuneralhome.com.
