Dorothy Ann Clinkscales, age 49, passed away on Sunday, January 17, 2016 after a long and courageous battle with cancer. Born in Anderson, SC on April 28, 1966, she was the daughter of the late Paul Earl Clinkscales and the late Claudia Ruth Brown Clinkscales. She was a registered nurse having worked as a charge nurse serving the communities of Anderson and Greenville Counties. She is survived by her children, Tina LeAnn Chastain and her husband Zachary, of Taylors, SC and Kenneth Paul Phillips, of Belton; two grandchildren, Katelyn and Austin Phillips; two honorary sisters, Helen Davis and Betty LoVullo, both of Anderson, SC; and her dearest friend, Kathleen Mullins, of Simpsonville, SC. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Betty Jean Mackey; and a niece, Destiny Crittendon. The Funeral service will be held on Thursday, January 21, 2016, at 6:00 p.m. at Iva First Assembly of God with Helen Davis officiating.
