Dorothy Martin Fowler, 84, of Anderson, SC, passed away Sunday, August 9, 2020 at Rainey Hospice House. Born July 25, 1936 in Anderson, she was the daughter of the late Clarence M. Martin and Lula Irene McLees Martin. She was the wife of the late Billy F. Fowler. She is survived by her daughters, Debbie Neese and Joy Fowler both of Anderson, SC; grandchildren, Suzanna Shintaku (Julie), Ryan Acierno (Somer), Sarah Wilson, Adam Badders, Michael Neese (Kristal) and Blair Ross (Nick); and seven great-grandchildren. In addition to her husband and parents, she was predeceased by her daughter, Sandra Wilson; brothers, Melvin and Wade Martin; sister, Carolyn Yeargin; and sons-in-law, Steven Neese and John Wilson. A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, August 12, 2020 at 11:00 am at New Prospect Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Dwight Greene officiating. The family will receive friends immediately following the service at the cemetery.
