Dorothy R. Raimondi, 95, passed away on Wednesday, December 12, 2018, at Rainey Hospice House. Born in the Bronx, NY, on September 23, 1923, Dorothy was the daughter of the late John Raimondi and Irene Garbarini Raimondi. After earning her bachelor's degree, she began her career as a teacher and was the first female printing teacher in New York at an all-boys school. She was also a black belt in Judo, a stained-glass artist, and loved Yorkshire Terriers. Survivors include her sister, Irene College. She will be greatly missed by, Julie, Amy, Jennifer, and multiple nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Dorothy was predeceased by her brother, Albert Raimondi; and sisters, Flora Krebs and Louise Hudspeth. No services are planned at this time.
