DOROTHY SUTTLES August 5, 1938 - July 30, 2012 ANDERSON, SC Dorothy Eason Suttles, age 73, of 107 Chastain Road, Anderson, passed away on Monday, July 30, 2012 at AnMed Health Medical Center. Born in Smithfield, NC, she was a daughter of the late Van Buren Eason and the late Eunice Batten Eason. She worked for over 25 years at The Singer Company, now known as Ryobi. She was a member of Broadway Lake Baptist Church. Dorothy was a loving mother and grandmother. She is survived by her sons, Dale, Earl Jr, Willie, Stacy and Jason Suttles, all of Anderson; a daughter, Teresa S. Carter of Anderson; 13 grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Holland Suttles; a grandson, Eddie Hollingsworth; and 4 sisters. The family is at their respective homes and will receive friends at The McDougald Funeral Home on Thursday, August 2, 2012 from 2:00pm until 3:00 pm. The Funeral service will follow in the Chapel at 3:30 pm with Reverend Early Tucker officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
