DOUG HILLER December 31, 1950 - August 23, 2007IVA, SCMr. Douglas Wayne Hiller, age 56, husband of Deborah Trabue Hiller of 498 Liberty Road, Iva, SC, died Thursday, August 23, 2007 at his residence.Born in Joliet, Illinois on December 31, 1950, Mr. Hiller was a son of Irene Blazejewski Hiller of Iva, SC and the late Wilbur Eugene Hiller. He was a former employee of Foundry & Steel, Lollis Metal, and Owens Corning Manufacturing Solutions. He was a member of the Electric City Bassmasters and fished with the B.F.L.circuit. He was a sports enthusiast, a wonderful husband and father, and was a member of Fellowship Wesleyan Church of Iva.Survivors include his wife, Deborah Trabue Hiller of the home; son, Douglas Wayne Hiller, Jr., of Greenville, SC; daughters, Christina Hiller and Magen Hiller of the home; mother, Irene Blazejewski Hiller of Iva and three brothers, Roger Hiller and Charles Hiller, both of Illinois and James Hiller of Boca Raton, FL.A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, August 25, 2007 at 3:00 pm at Fellowship Wesleyan Church, 1906 Elberton Highway, Iva, SC. The Reverend George Brassard officiate.The family will receive friends at the church from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm on Saturday.The family will be at the residence.Flowers are optional.
