Manly. He was a U.S. Army Vietnam Veteran and was retired from BASF with 30 years of service. He was of the Baptist faith.Survivors include his mother, Mildred Morris Dockins of Anderson; daughters Tannah Lynn Getsinger of Anderson and Elizabeth Amalia McWilliams of Columbia; grandson, Joshua McGuire of Anderson; brothers, Thomas, Russell, Michael, and Richard Manly, all of Anderson.A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, February 2, 2009 at 12 Noon at M.J.
