Douglas Ray Seagraves, age 67, of Anderson, SC, passed away Monday, August 15, 2022, at Rainey Hospice House. Born November 16, 1954 in Anderson, he was the son of the late Roy David Seagraves and Frances Gertrude Pierce Seagraves. Douglas was retired from Davey Tree Expert Company and was a member of Starr Church of God of Prophecy. He is survived by his loving wife, Diane Lee Seagraves; brothers, Danny "Snag" Seagraves (Jennifer) and Dewayne "Worm" Seagraves (Marie); sister, Diane Brown; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, David "Bo" Seagraves, Donnie "Dunk" Seagraves, and "MR." Denver Seagraves; brother-in-law, Larry Brown; and his beloved dog, Cesar. The family will receive friends Thursday, August 18, 2022, from 1:00-2:00 pm at The McDougald Funeral Home. A private service will be held at Forest Lawn Memorial Park.
