WILLIAMSOCTOBER 29, 1927 - July 3, 2008ANDERSON, SCDr. Kenneth Trotter Williams, age 80, of 141 Bradley Park died on Thursday, July 3, 2008 at the Rainey Hospice House.Born in Charlotte, NC on October 29, 1927, he was the son of the late John Franklin Williams & Ethel Trotter Williams. Dr. Williams graduated from Duke University and the Duke Medical School. He was a co-founder of the Surgical Clinic of Anderson where he specialized in General Vascular and Pulmonary Surgery. He was the former president of both the South Carolina Thoracic Surgery Group and the Sertoma Club of Anderson. He was also an Eagle Scout and veteran of the United States Army. Dr. Williams and his wife, Jeanne are members of the First Presbyterian Church of Anderson.He is survived by his wife, Jeanne Vashaw Williams of the home; and their children: daughter, Kevin Kesler and husband, Doug of Suwanee, GA; daughter, Dana Clamp; and daughter, Lori Edwards and husband, Rick, all of Anderson; and their six grandchildren: Morgan Edwards DeBrew, Allison Clamp, Haley Edwards, Meg Kesler, John Clamp, and Liz Kesler; and his sister-in-law, Julia Ann Williams of Wisconsin. In addition to Dr. Williams' parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, John Franklin Williams, Jr.A Service to Celebrate the Life of Dr. Kenneth T. Williams will be held at 4:00 pm on Saturday, July 5, 2008 in the Mausoleum Chapel of Forest Lawn Memorial Park conducted by the Reverend Dr. Dennis R.
