Dusty Eric Bonner, age 46, of Anderson, SC, passed away on Sunday, September 28, 2025.

Born March 27, 1979, in Anderson, SC, he was the son of Tommy David Bonner and Annette Sisk Owens.

Dusty was a music lover with a special affinity for bluegrass and 70's music and was also a talented guitar and banjo player. He had an easy-going, laid-back personality, was quiet and liked solitude. Most of all, he loved his family and close friends and will be greatly missed.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by his brothers, Jeffrey Bonner, Philip Bonner, Michael Carnes, Joshua Carnes, and Chuck Owens; grandmother, Barbara Impson; step-mother, Stacy Bonner; and step-father, Charles Owens.

He was preceded in death by one brother, Jason Bonner; and both of his grandfathers.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 3, 2025, at 11:00 am at Forest Lawn Memorial Park with Rev. Sam Duncan officiating.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Anderson Interfaith Ministries (AIM), 1202 S Murray Ave, Anderson, SC 29624.
